2.30% APY 12-Month CD – Ally Bank

Ally Bank, a new online financial bank, is offering a 2.30% APY Classic Certificate of Deposit.  There are no monthly fees, no minimum opening deposit, and your deposits are FDIC insured for up to $250,000.  The only fee they could  charge is if you make an early withdrawal before the CD matures.
