Evantage BankEvantage Bank is offering a 3.10% APY Mega Market Account.  This rate is only applicable on accounts up to $35,000; if your account passes limit you will receive a 1.65% APY rate.  There is no minimum balance and you are allowed a maximum of 6 withdrawals per month.  For any additional withdrawals you will be charged a $5 fee.  No maintenance fees and to top it all off, they are offering free online banking, CheckCard and ATM transactions worldwide.
