Chase is offering a special promotion with any new Chase mortgage or refinance. They give you two choices to either get 1% cash back or a 1% payment against your principal balance annually. The catch is that you have to sign up for automatic payments on a new Chase Mortgage.
Here are the steps:
- Open a new Chase mortgage.
- Enroll in 1% Mortgage Cash Back and choose how you want to receive your reward.
- Set up Automatic Mortgage Payments from your Chase or WaMu checking account.
- Watch your cash back grow!
